The experience continues with a glimpse into modern cultivation, including a visit to a young entrepreneur producing organic aloe vera blends with mastiha and citrus, followed by an award-winning, organically certified herb and spice producer. Guests then gain behind-the-scenes insight into mastiha production, where tradition meets innovation, and witness the craftsmanship behind authentic loukoumia made by a local artisan. The journey concludes in the elegant setting of Kampos, inside a historic mansion, where a chef presents a refined finger food menu inspired by mastiha, citrus fruits, local cheeses, olives, figs, and grapes or even a full lunch —offering an elevated finale that celebrates the island’s rich gastronomic heritage.
